The conditions that apply when you book a service with us.

1. Service agreement
By requesting or booking a cleaning service with Focus Cleaning Group, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all residential, commercial and specialty cleaning services we provide.
2. Quotes and pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the property at the time of service. We will notify you of any significant difference before proceeding.
3. Access to property
You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the agreed service time. If our team cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
4. Re-clean guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your clean, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. For end-of-lease cleans, our 72-hour re-clean guarantee applies if your property manager or agent identifies missed items on the inspection. Re-cleans are performed at no extra cost within the stated window.
5. Liability
Focus Cleaning Group holds $10M Public Liability insurance and Workers Compensation cover. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during a service, please notify us immediately. Claims are assessed case by case in accordance with our insurance terms.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed at booking, or damage resulting from access to areas specifically excluded from the service scope.
6. Payment
Payment is due on or before the day of service unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. Accepted methods include bank transfer, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Overdue invoices may incur a late fee.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is always the current version. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
