Cancelling or rescheduling

We understand plans change. To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer your slot to another client.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice is always free. We will do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you, subject to availability.

Exceptions

We waive cancellation fees in cases of genuine emergency (illness, family emergency or circumstances outside your control). Please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a solution.
